Norfolk stuffed turkey ballotine
with a bacon wrapped parcel of honey roasted roots and goose fat roast potatoes.
Served with a side of braised sprouts with ginger and orange and mixed winter greens with toasted pine nuts, jug of gravy, cranberry and fig compote and bread sauce

Herb crusted Hake
parsnip and carrot rosti, creamed leeks and porcini mushrooms

Roast breast and confit leg of Pheasant
fondant potato, savoy cabbage with lardons, braised caramelised heritage carrots orange and juniper jus

Braised pork cheeks
on a potato galette, black pudding croquette, spiced apple segments, braised baby carrots, apple and caraway jus

Wild mushroom, sweet potato, spinach and celeriac torte
with a Lebanese vegetable cous cous (V)

Festive stollen bread & butter pudding
with a brandy butter sauce

Sticky toffee pudding
with a butterscotch sauce and salted caramel ice cream

with marinated blackberries and blackberry tuile
